Overview of the Department
The Department of Human Resource Management, established in 2009, aims to graduate qualified professionals who are fully prepared for the labor market and possess excellent knowledge in the field of human resources. The department strives to achieve this goal by focusing on Saudi Vision 2030. It provides its students with all forms of support, facilities, and opportunities necessary to develop their knowledge, skills, and positive behaviors.
The courses offered by the department are aligned with labor market requirements. These include organizational structure and design, training and development, organizational behavior, performance management and compensation, human resource planning and development, among others. The department’s curriculum is designed to enable students to acquire both practical and theoretical knowledge, develop creative thinking, uphold ethical and humanitarian values, and strive toward sustainable organizational effectiveness.

The mission of the department at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (formerly Al-Kharj University) is to prepare students for managerial, professional, and academic careers in the business sector by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application.
