Continuing the efforts of College of Business Administration to rehabilitate its students for competition in labor market and prove their worth, the “Graduates Unit” represented in “Training & Rehabilitating Committee” for the Academic Year 1438/1439 HC organized a workshop under the title: “Use of Excel Program in Financial Analysis” which was presented by Dr. Mohammad Imdadul Haque, Associate Professor and Head of Management Department in CBA.
The workshop shed light on some instructions and guidelines which enable a student to gain technical experiences to deal with Excel Program in terms of using some available tools which help to compare between variables the study was conducted on. The Excel Program is considered to be one of the basic programs which help in financial analysis and thus help students to strengthen profession and technical aspect. Dr. Haque addressed some other important issues like how to activate the basic technical tools, read financial & statistical information, show the results and compare research community.
A lot of students attended the workshop. It is worth mentioning that the “Graduates Unit” represented in “Training & Rehabilitating Committee” organizes a series of workshops and trainings sessions in the different fields related to career development, professional training, personal skills development, training for entrepreneurship, training for higher studies and training for distance job with the aim to develop and qualify the student who have been graduated or expected to be graduates. The “Graduates Unit” invites the students to attend and benefit from those sessions.
