Therefore, our role in the Department of Management is to contribute to achieving this important pillar by preparing the nation’s young men and women to be armed with knowledge, skills, and administrative values related to entrepreneurship, project management, supply chains, and other sciences, to be a building block for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to be the leading investment power in the world.
The Department of Management focuses on providing the knowledge, understanding, skills, and values that students need to reach effective leadership and management positions by providing a stimulating educational environment that conforms to the academic accreditation standards issued by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission to enable them to have the ability to plan, organize, employ, and direct (lead), monitoring organizations, and achieving the required goals.

The field of the private sector: It is called business administration or management of joint-stock companies, and it is the art of planning a work, organizing all the tasks associated with it, directing the people who are working on it, and monitoring them to follow up on the progress of the work to achieve the main goal. Whenever the environment is based on cooperation, The administration will be described as efficiennet, effective, and excellence.

The field of non-profit organizations: managing the activities of non-profit organizations such as cooperative, charitable and voluntary societies and helping them to make decisions and formulate goals, and to collect the required resources and use them efficiently, to achieve the growth and stability of the organization, through a group of functions: planning, organising, staffing, directing, and controlling the available resources effectively and efficiently for achieving the goals of the organisation.
