The Students Activities Committee (SAC) in the College of Business Administration organized a lecture entitled: “HRM Functions with Special reference to Industry” which was presented by Dr. Fakhreldin Mosa Mohamed and Dr. Shah Faisal, Assistant Professors in the Department of Human Resources Management.
The lecture revolved around the ground reality of functions and roles of human resources and the companies and presented a correct picture of it which will be needed by the graduates of human resources when they will start doing a job in the labor market. Also, Dr. Fakhreldin said that the reading of student about the market and connecting his academic study with it will help him a lot and it is required from him to understand and comprehend while applying for a job to pass the interview through his broad overviews of HRM roles.
