The Students Activities Committee (SAC) of the College organized a lecture entitled: “Role of Youth in Gearing up Growth through Creating Business Culture in the Saudi Context” which was presented by Dr. Mohammad Resahd Faridi, Assistant Professor in Marketing Department.
Dr. Faridi discussed the aspects of impact of business culture in the Saudi youth on the process of sustained development as well as he talked about the importance of increasing awareness about the youth initiatives, self-employment and dissemination of self-reliance culture. He explained that the world economic conditions require that the youths should be motivated to give up the traditional methods of entering into the labor market and they should be assisted to think broadly and freely in order to establish a new and creative idea in the field of business in a way that fulfill their desires and be in line with the aspiration of economic development which is witnessed by the Kingdom.
