Extending the chain of events organized by College of Business Administration on 86th National Day, the Students Activities Committee (SAC) organized a lecture entitled: “Our Future is an Extension to the History of Our Nation” which was presented by Honorable Dr. Rashid bin Mobarak Al-Rashood, Dean of Library Affairs.
Dr. Rashid started the lecture with the historical facts and events of Arabian Peninsula before the unification of the Kingdom under the leadership of King Abdulaziz (May Allah have mercy on him). He outlined all the aspects related to society, education and health care etc. and compared it with the renaissance experienced by the Nation and the development achieved by the Kingdom. Also, he stressed that the credit for all the progress, prosperity and hope for a more bright future goes to efforts and sacrifices made for the unification of the Kingdom, proceeding with the development plans and achieving the peace and security through implementation of magnanimous teachings of Islam.
Dr. Al-Rashood ended the lecture with his good wishes for the beloved nation and prayed to Allah Almighty to continue showering His blessing on the Nation.
