Under the auspices of Honorable Dean Dr. Nasser S. Al-Kahtani, Vice Dean Dr. Ali bin Saleh Al-Zahrani and Admin Manager Mr. Mohammad Abdul Matloob Hamdan, the Students’ Advisory Council launched “Blood Donation Campaign” with the support of Students Activities Committee for King Khalid Hospital and Prince Sultan Center for Health Services in Al-Kharj.
This useful campaign was launched in the frame of community partnership and the effective role which is being played by the College for the community. A lot of students participated in the campaign believing in the fact that blood donation benefits the patients and healthy people equally. In addition to the rewards which the donator will receive from Allah the Almighty (Insha Allah), it has been proved medically that donating blood stimulates production of new blood cells, benefits the heart and circulation system and reduce the risks of heart diseases and maintain the cholesterol level in the blood.
