As part of preparation for “Seventh Scientific Conference for Students of Higher Education in K.S.A, the College of Business Administration organized a workshop entitled: “Community Service and Role of Student” under the auspices of Honorable Dean Dr. Nasser S. Al-Kahtani. The workshop was presented by the coordinator of the College for seventh conference Dr. Fakhreldin Mousa Mohamed.
Dr. Fakhreldin spoke about the community service, expected role of students and voluntary initiatives whether it is related to literacy, cleanliness, elderly or awareness about the dangers of drugs etc. He stressed that moral value of youths, engaging in the service of their communities, strengthens their feelings of being productive individuals who have a positive impact on their surrounding and enable them to overcome the difficulties of life and different social challenges. Also, such interaction of youths hone their skills related to planning and problem solving as well as enable them to work effectively as part of a team which will improve their positive behaviors, increase their patriotism and strengthen their self-confidence. This will guarantee their best present and future both at personal and professional level.
In the end, Dr. Fakhreldin Mohamed encouraged students for participation and expressed his hope that the workshop helped to motivate students for participations in the “Seventh Scientific Conference for Students of Higher Education in K.S.A.
