كلية إدارة الأعمال بالخرج تنظم محاضرة بعنوان " التستر التجارى"

 نظمت كلية إدارة الأعمال بالخرج بتاريخ الأربعاء 11/7/1440هـ الموافق 18/3/2019م محاضرة بعنوان  "التستر التجارى"، قدم لها سعادة الدكتور/ عبدالباسط على أبو العز الأستاذ المساعد بقسم القانون. تناول فيها  مفهوم التستر التجاري والجهات المعنية بمكافحته، كما تناول سعادته الأنواع المختلفة للتستر التجاري والأسباب الرئيسية لظاهرة التستر التجاري، كما استعرض أيضاً آلية مكافحة التستر التجاري في المملكة وآليات تفعيل المرسوم الملكي رقم 4001  الصادر بتاريخ 28/5/1425 هـ، كما أكد سعادته أيضاً على أهمية تفعيل دور الطلاب والمؤسسات التعليمية والبحثية في مكافحة هذه الظاهرة.
