The Justice Club in CBA organized a training session on Wednesday 21/03/2018 GC under the title “Drafting the Contracts” in the auditorium of the College which was presented by Mr. Tamer Anwar, Lecturer in Law Department and Legal Advisor in the University.
The session was attended by students of Law Department and others who were interested in improving their skills in the field of drafting the contracts in a profession way that can preserve the rights of all. Dr. Tamer defined the drafting, its rules and its impact on interpretation of contracts to get rid of conflict which may occur if it was drafted in an undisciplined manner. Also, he discussed the factors which help to best drafting like avoiding the linguistic errors and common mistakes in drafting the contracts. Some examples of such mistakes and their solutions were presented. The session ended with presentation of models of different contracts, dealing with them and explaining its structure. The audience listened to the lecture with great enthusiasm. In the end, a Certificate of Appreciation was handed over to Mr. Tamer Anwar.
It is worth mentioning that this training session came in the context of a series of “seminars and lectures” which are organized by the “Justice Club” for those who are concerned to the legal issues with the aim to educate them on the most important legal issues affecting their practical life.
