The Students’ Activities Committee under the chair of Dr. Tarek Taufique El-Khateb held a meeting with “Students’ Council” in the presence of departments’ coordinators in the College, supervisors of clubs, students of “Advisory Council” and coordinator of “Female Section” on 09/11/2017 GC.
The meeting was a part of preparations of the College for the “Second Scientific Conference” – 2017/2018 GC.
The committee discussed several topics listed in the schedule, specially, the arrangements for the Second Scientific Conference, which will be organized at University level, mechanism to activate the students’ participation in this conference and the role of “Advisory Council” in this regard. Also, the committee discussed latest developments regarding “students’ clubs” and mechanisms for its activation in the next period. Moreover, the requests of “advisory council”, its future plan, its role to support the student’s activity, some recommendations related to activation of student’s works and support of student’s participation were discussed in the meeting.
In the end of the meeting, the committee made several decisions which would activate the role of “students’ council” in works related to the conference. The members of the council will start it by organizing “first introductory meeting” about the conference which will be followed by several other events and activities.
