College of Business Administration organizes a lecture entitled: “Human Resources and Its Future Prospects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”

The Students Activities Committee (SAC) in the College of Business Administration organized a lecture entitled: “Human Resources and Its Future Prospects” which was presented by Dr. Fakhreldin Mosa Mohamed, Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resources Management.

Dr. Fakhreldin described the definition and objectives of human resources management and importance of focusing on the human resources according to the VISION2030 of the Kingdom and that is through “King Salman Program for Human Resources”. Also, he stressed that the human capital is the strongest to attract for long-term investment which will help the Kingdom to achieve its goal.

In the end, Dr. Fakhreldin replied to the questions and queries asked by the audience.
