As part of preparations for the “Second Scientific Conference” which will be organized by the University for the year 2017/2018 GC, the Students Activities Committee – CBA with the cooperation of “Scientific Research Unit” organized a workshop on the topic: “How to Be Innovative” on Wednesday 07/02/2018 GC in the presence of Dr. Ahmed Suhail Ajina, Vice Dean of the College, and a number of students
The workshop was presented by Dr. Jauhar Mohammed Al-Moeen, Professor in Engineering College – Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, who explained the steps which help to achieve innovation in terms of producing the innovative ideas, specifying and improving the product and making sure its quality.
Also, he shed light on the method to implement the final model of the product, select the investment method, search for financing, sign the investment agreement, steps to achieve innovation and successful ideas as a result of typical growth of innovation, world innovation indicators and international ranking of innovation. Also, Dr. Jauhar indicated that the innovation exists but it requires the method to employ. In the end of the workshop, Dr. Tarek El-Khateb said that innovation is necessary under the current international developments and motivated students, who will participate in the forum, to benefit from the workshop in constituting their innovative and creative ideas.
Dr. Ahmed Suhail Ajina, Vice Dean of the College, presented “Appreciation Certificate” to Prof. Jauhar for his cooperating and contribution.
