Continuing the efforts of College of Business Administration to rehabilitate its students for competition in labor market and prove their worth, the Graduates Unit – Training & Rehabilitating Committee for the Academic Year 1438/1439 HC organized a training session under the title: “Self-Marketing Method” which was presented by Dr. Ahmed Suhail Ajina, Head of Marketing Department and Vice Dean for Quality & Development in CBA.
The session touched on several issues including introduction to the “self-marketing” and how an individual can strive to compete in the labor market during the study before graduation through the training and attending sessions which hone the skills of students. Also, the session shed light on some strategies for self-analysis through identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in the labor market. Dr. Ajina encouraged the attendees to benefit from the activities and programs of “Graduates Unit” which contribute to help them to get job opportunities and improve their skills and abilities.
From the starting of Second Semester, the “Graduates Unit” will present a series of workshops and trainings sessions in the different fields related to career development, professional training, personal skills development, training for entrepreneurship, training for higher studies and training for distance job with the aim to develop and qualify the student who have been graduated or expected to be graduates. The “Graduates Unit” invites the students to attend and benefit from those sessions.
