The Students Activities Committee (SAC) of the College conducted the election for “Students’ Advisory Council” believing that Students’ Advisory Councils play very important role in the University Life of students as it aims to deepen and strengthen the communication and dialogue, shifting some administrative responsibility to students and provide them opportunity to express their views through official channels.
The College of Business Administration is keen to involve the Students’ Advisory Council in planning, coordinating, preparing and organizing the different university events and activities. Dr. Tarek El-Khateb, chair of Students’ Activities Committee, shed light on the tasks and responsibilities of the council as well as explained the mechanisms of communication with students. The election was conducted between 11 nominated students of the college for the post of “chair” and “deputy chair”. Student Mr. Emad Adil Al-Ali won the election for the “chair of the council” while the student Mr. Mohammed Fahd Al-Oteibi secured the place for the post of “deputy chair of student’s advisory council”.
